The customer service I have received at Griffin Motorwerke so this far has been superb. The guys over there, especially Curly, or very attentive and talked with me about my car, my current problems with the car and future plans for the car. They are honest and upfront and they the even give me a tour of the whole facility which is outstanding. In my dealings with Griffin Motorwerke left me with a couple impressions to how they operate. 1. They understand that the customers come first and they take care of their customers.2. They treat the customers with respect and they take the time to listen to their wants and concerns and then do everything they can to make the customers happy. This may seem like a simple motion with so many other shops in the area fail at this and just treat you like a number. Not a Griffin. 3. Griffin Motorwerke has excellent communication and follow through. They always kept me informed of what's going on with my car. Great communication and I really appreciated that. I feel the most of the techs at the high-end Audi shops in the Bay Area are pretty good, but the real difference lies in the customer service and Griffin Motorwerke is leaps and bounds above their competition and I would not trust my car with another shop.
