Oil was overfilled so I had to bring the car back.Asked to have a Griffin license plate frame put on before my trip to Monterey. When I arrived in Monterey one of the two screws had fallen out and the plate was just barely held on. Would have been a problem if it had fallen off on the highway. Believe that all shops sometimes have problems and I'll continue to use Griffin.

These folks are the best! I showed up with a difficult seat swap situation that other shops had refused to touch. The folds at Griffin went more than the extra mile, with a consistently great attitude, and a great deal of patience. They understood that I was trying to change seats for orthopedic reasons (right knee pain), so they took me seriously. They even got on the phone and consulted with colleagues. Eventually, they solved my problem at a VERY reasonable price. May be the best auto shop of any kind I have ever worked with. Special thanks to Stefan and Chris. Telephonic and e-mail communication, in this age where people do not call back or answer e-mails, was outstanding as well.
