Nino arranged for my Audi to get the scheduled service, and the car was ready on time and under the cost estimate. I have an idea of what to look for next time. The car and I will be back.

Brought my A4 Avant in for brake service. The service coordinator was super to work with. He got my car in quickly and had it done when promised. I have taken all of my cars to Terry Griffin since the 90's. They are the only shop I trust for service.

As always, Nino was delightful, attended to our car for a scheduled service promptly. Griffin also took care of an extra issue that cropped up - replacing a part that was broken - all on the same day. And Nino accommodated our need to pick up the car after hours.
