I've been a client since around 2001. These guys these guys don't just work on cars - they are passionate gearheads! I live nearly two cities away but I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They took an old VW Jetta TDI and remade it into a safe car for my teenage sons. I love the guys at Griffin and I will bring my cars there as long as they are in business. (They built my daily driver/track GTI and maintain my Tiguan as well)
Griffin is definitely a top-tier shop that doesn't try to sell you parts and service you don't need. They're expensive, but even after one visit, I trust them 100%. They know their stuff. Nino was terrific to work with and even knew the mHz frequencies for the TPMS sensors of my car off the top of his head.Will be back for future work.
I can't say enough wonderful, positive things about Griffin. Again, customer service fantastic! I love the shop, all of the employees, and the extremely knowledgeable and professional leadership!
I appreciate thorough explanations of the work to be performed and any potential problems foreseen. I have a greater appreciation for G-werke now that Terry provided a tour and explanation of the machinery used in the alignment process & the tire machines.

Great, professional service. Never have to worry whether the job was done right or not.My key was locked in the car after I had requested that they allow an after hours pick up. I arrived prior to closing time however, my extra key did not work so one of the staff members was kind enough to use his auto entry kit to unlock the car. Saved me a lot of trouble.
Nino was very responsive on the phone, and by email.Minor inconvenience though, that my Metromile dongle was not put back, and I had to go pick it up later. Otherwise great.
