As a new customer, Natalie made me and my 2001 European feel welcome. I had several issues, most of them minor but annoying, that needed attention, as well as scheduling a regular service check-up. Not only were my concerns met and satisfied, but I also got good advice about other things, like an alignment, that I should take care of. . Most important to me was that the communication between me and Natalie was open and consistent. The work was done as promised and I feel grateful to have found a new maintenance hone for my European. Long may it run!

I own a 2014 Jetta with 92k miles on it and always had it serviced it at the dealership for its regular required mileage servicings. For the 90k, they told me I needed $10k+ work! Possible fluid leak/rear main seal (requires transmission removal) - $7,186.00; and cam cradle real upper timing cover and reseal- $2,340.00 Total:$10,091.67. I was gobsmacked. I did some research and came across Griffin MotorWerke And was connected with Natalie. I sent Natalie my information and VW quote and last servicing video. She got back to me with a quote that was substantially lower than the VW dealership, and outlined everything for me with full transparency. I went to Griffin, and everything went smoothly and to plan just like they said. And my car feels like it is optimally running like it should be! Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
