Curly, Nate and Terry are the face of my go-to shop for my B8_S5_V8_6S. They never fail, are gracious, have sorted a couple of things out, and most important, always welcome me in. Old school personalized expertise and service. Can't go wrong.

I had A very pleasant experience at Griffin Motorwerkes. Terry and I hit it off right away (we're both motorsports enthusiast). Everyone I interacted with was very professional. After the diagnosis, they laid out my options and the cost associated with them. The only negative I have at this time is with the scheduling. My appointment was set approximately A month out. My issue is after I brought my vehicle in, it sat for A week before they could get it on A rack to begin the diagnosis. This isn't major, I just thought when I brought the car in it would immediate attention. I'm sure unforeseen things happen all the time. Other than that, I had A pleasant experience.

Best car people to work with in the bay!

Curly was good about educating me on what needed to be looked at on a (now my) RS4 when I brought it in for a PPI, and very attentive to my requests after I bought the car. Everyone I encountered in the shop is helpful, approachable, and obviously knows there stuff. They let me to complete the transaction at the shop and I left the car there to wait for its turn for repairs. When I was finally able to pick up the RS4, they were gracious enough to go over everything done to it and explain why it was necessary. Sure enough, as much as I enjoyed driving the car when I was "just looking", it was significantly (orders of magnitude) better afterwards and I have confidence in the car. Griffin is a bit out of the way for me, and driving up there and back during the week is usually about 3-4 hours of lost productivity for me but it's totally worth it to know the car is in good hands. I'll definitely be bringing it up there in the future, especially for major service (plus it gives me an excuse to drive on the highway)!
