I came here as a referral from a friend. I haven’t had much work done here, an oil change and tire repair. All though my experience is short my exposure to the personal, the shop tells me I’ll be back. They are informative and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!!

Brand new Audi and wanted to install a 3rd party accessory that involved a complicated install. Griffin was a bit more expensive than my other option but I wanted it done right and wanted a garage that could figure things outing anything went south. I’m glad I did because after the install the car was giving an error for the rear lights. Brought it back and griffin took care of it no charge. Great garage that stands behind its work.

Once again Griffin Motorwerke comes to my rescue! I am very grateful that they kindly squeezed me into their schedule for a replacement bulb in one of my side lights. During the simple fix, they discovered that my car engine was stalling and my brakes were near giving out. Both of these issues could have resulted in serious injury, even fatal, if either or both of them, had failed while I was driving on the freeway or even a residential street. Though the shop was very busy and fully booked with scheduled clients, they recommended for my safety, to leave my Mini Cooper with them, while they ordered the parts, and could eventually make time to complete the life saving repairs. Griffin Motorwerke always has their clients best interests at heart, they are life savers, and they even gifted me brand new license plate holders with their fabulous Griffin logo! Best shop, best crew, best problem solving efforts, most friendly, most reliable!
