updating my review for excellent warranty service. After a string of bad luck, which may or may not have anything to do with this shop or a particular mechanic that may or may not be working there, Griffin is back in my favor for no-fuss warranty work they just did for me. Thanks guys!

Great experience as usual!

You know I appreciate everything that the entire staff does for me and my car!

They are amazingly good at troubleshooting and resolving problems. Very knowledgeable of my older model Porsche and corrected a number of issues that might have led to safety issues. I plan to continue going there for my regular maintenance. I would highly recommend them and especially for air-cooled Porsches like mine.

Felt like i was in good local "small" business hands...Nino was genuine and Terry is a hoot!

They got me in the same day I called and had me out the door in less than an hour.

Thanks guys for getting my r32's suspension sorted out. I just had a set of Bilstein HD's and new set of Falcon tires put on. It really made my day to have my car feeling like it wanted to go through some corners again. Next stop will be a Haldex controller and some new rims. Thanks again guys, great service, super clean shop and good advice, especially if you are wanting to do some upgrades. If you don't know/ care about the difference between mediocre and great performance, you should go elsewhere. Griffin doesn't do Mediocre..

These guys blow the local Audi dealer out of the water. They are friendly (even though I have a 99 Audi) almost always have what I need in stock even when the dealer doesn't, and don't seem to mind helping me self diagnose. Simply the best around!!

For the last several years I have been coming back to Griffin Motorwerke. Not because Curly and Terry are fantastic people who are fun to talk about performance upgrades and other gear head stuff, and not because of their unmatched knowledge about VW/Audi/Porsche/MB. And not because of their amazing new repair facility, I keep coming back because of the whole package. They have done wonders to fix many cars I have owned, including a Hyundai Tucson and Subaru WRX. More importantly, they also built my Audi B5 A4 from the ground up, complete with mods, and they continue to work on that same car for the current owner! Recently they took my MK6 GTI that had a problematic stock clutch, that started slipping at 16K, researched the best solutions for repairs/upgrades, and then installed a new SPEC Stage 2 clutch and Wavetrac LSD. I have to say that I am excited to go back for the next round of performance mods! Griffin Motorwerke is a fair, honest repair/upgrade shop. The prices are competitive, and the mechanics are fantastic. You would be hard-pressed to find a comparable shop in Northern California.
