All of my experiences at Griffin Motorwerke have been outstanding.Curly has informed me when the work was going to be done and it has always met my expectations.

This was my first service with Griffin and Nino was my contact person from the first phone call I made to completion of the job. I ordered wheels and tires though another supplier to be delivered to Griffin. At my request, Nino inspected the wheels when they arrived and then facilitated the installation which was completed in about an hour.When I was about to pay the installation charge (reasonable), I commented to Nino that the supplier said that the wheels used a "special tool" so wheel locks were not required. Nino said that this tool was not special at all, and could easily be purchased at an auto supply store. I decided to purchase these locks (with absolutely no sales pressure), and Nino then quickly installed the high quality locks (& cosmetic caps) and I was on my way. Nice....simple....and no need to make another appointment.Overall, Nino and Griffin Motorwerkes provided timely, courteous and profession service.

Griffin Motorwerke is a great place: nice people, great competency and professionality, very clear on price and technical issues, safety is their first concern.

Terry is a true car guy! He has years of experience. His shop has a state of the art dyno shop. There's nothing they can't do!!

This isn't your average shop, it's a place you end up wanting to hang out at, and make friends. Terry, Curly and the techs including Nate are awesome people to work with, and are now folks I consider friends. They've bailed me out many times both on and off the race track with both of my Audis. Come to get an oil change and alignment, and maybe a Milltek exhaust system and some BBS wheels. Leave with a better car and some good stories and friends!

Griffin did a great job fixing and upgrading the cooling on my TTRS. They were pleasant, professional, and competent. They took the time to research the best solution for me, and did the work to accommodate my travel schedule. They did a great job.

These folks are extremely professional and knowledgable. Absolutely first rate and also very friendly. I had my AC repaired and it was far cheaper than expected. I also got taught a lot about this system that will help in the future. Terry and his people are awesome.
