These guys are great! They care for my TDI Passat Station Wagon and I have had excellent service and communication. AND (!) when my dashboard red warning light came on saying STOP, OVERHEATED! yesterday, I called them from the car and asked how to proceed, could i drive my car another mile etc. etc. These are quality nice competent good people!

Just had a timing belt service on my Audi TT, and as always, it was a great experience. These guys are fun and easy to deal with, know their stuff, won't try to sell you parts or service you don't need, and do quality work. More than once, they've found a potential problem and fixed it before I had to schedule another appointment, and not only have they never sold me unnecessary service, they've talked me out of spending money on things that I didn't need. Thanks to Griffin, my aging, 180k GTi still runs and drives great. Highly recommended.
