all products that might have worked in my truck (Recaro seats) were on display in show room so i could evaluate them. once I chose the seat I wanted, the work was planned and executed with high competence, and the inevitable unexpected installation issues were dealt with in a highly competent manner as well.

We bought a 2010 q7 Tdi that we thought was in good condition, turned out it was not. I had bought a extended warranty and griffin took great care of it. Nino does a great job getting back to us on what needs to be done. Honestly this place is great just sometimes difficult being from the east bay and getting out to the shop. Other than that, this place is well worth the time!

A good shop is a lot like a good doctor. You want to trust that you are getting quality care and that they have your best interests at heart. You're putting your health and money on the line after all. Terry and his crew have always taken excellent care of my vehicles, and always been willing to listen and explain things, and in the end get it right. As I discovered over the years they are not working 9-5, they are truly passionate about cars and all things mechanic. And, it shows in the work. You would be hard pressed to find a better shop to care for your vehicles.

Terry has been working on my vehicles for over 10 years. I tried 2-3 other mechanics before I discovered him. (New Dimensions, AVS, Broadway VW,) They all sucked. Not only is he the best mechanic of the bunch, he is the most honest as well. He has always taken fantastic care of me and my vehicles. One time I called him on the phone to schedule an appt for my car, and he was there at 8pm and took the call. I described the problem over the phone, and he told me to stop at a car parts place, which tools to get and what supplies i would need to fix it myself since I was 250 miles away. It totally solved the problem. I'd give him 11 stars if I could. He is simply the best. I can't sing his praises high enough.

Griffin provides honest service and excellent advice. They know Audi cars and how to take care of all service issues. I've been a customer for 16 years.

May not be the fastest work, but it is definitely quality. These guys know what they are doing.

Terry has the Greatest Magicians working on cars. They are simply the greatest ever. I drive 90 miles to have them work on my cars. I have a 1968 912 Targa Soft Window 5 speed and a VW Phaeton W12. They are so fast and efficient that I love to pay my bill. At other shops I spend hours trying to figure out why the total was so high. If you are not a customer you should be one. I'd give them 12 stars if I could.Bill Brady
