Repairs were performed to expectations and sooner than originally expected. Additional issues were identified and recommendations were given for addressing them in the future.I have been a client of Griffin Motorwerke since 1999 and there is no other shop that I trust more!

Curly and Nino were spot on as usual with our Jaguar, I was in and out within two hours and ready to bring them my Audi.

First time doing service here. Nino addressed my concerns before my appointment. Had my ''14 Tiguan brought in to install an aftermarket intake manifold linkage arm.took them a little over half a hour, which was to be expected knowing that stock factory composite materials are fragile. Nino quoted me a fair price for labor and also topped off fluids. Great service and shop over all. Would come back for other services in the future.

Great service, including clear communication.

Spoke to Nino over the phone before my appointment and gave me confidence in their services. So I went in and got my part installed at agreed rate. Had an issue with ithe part and came back the next day to reinstall OEM part which luckily they kept it or else I would have to buy a whole new assembly. They gladly did this without extra cost. He even was curious why it was not as tight as the stock unit. I am going to go back to them once I get the replacement and see if it does it again.
