Nice feel for a local tune shop here in the Bay Area. Parts or tune , they do a awesome job with customer service. Also ,For what I seen , quite knowledgable on their behalf.

The coolant light came on while driving my 1987 Alpina B6 in heavy traffic in SF. By the time I got to Berkeley and parked, the coolant was leaking out! Took the car to Griffin right before its closing time at 6 -- luckily -- and spoke with Terry. Within 10 mins he was able to diagnose that it was the faulty coolant reservoir! Fearing for a more complicated problem, I was relieved...:). And the car was fixed promptly when the part arrived the next day! What a friendly and professional outfit!!!

I emailed Griffin Motorwerke with a question late Saturday evening, and I got a response back from Greg on Sunday morning! Additional follow up questions were answered, and I got the parts ordered and the work done on my car in a timely, professional manner.

Damn, these guys are good! They were dedicated, intuitive, knowledgeable, great customer service, and willing to put some of their own skin in the game to research & fix my Audi A4 problems. I'd use them again and I fully recommend them!

It's never a happy thing to require service on your car, but the Griffin Guyz make it as pleasant as possible. They're professional, experienced, skilled and thorough, and take great care of both my aging, high-mileage VW and my rather more youthful Audi. Beyond that, Terry, Curly, Nino and the rest of the crew are genuinely good people, which raises the grade I give them from A to A+.
