Thanks for fitting me in so quickly to get a wheel alignment on my 2015 Q5 TDI. An upcoming winter trip to the Sierra had called for a new set of all season tires and an alignment. The trip turned out to be during an intense snowstorm with whiteout conditions and and snowfall rates of over a foot an hour and extensive road closures. With the new tires the heavy snowfall and dense birms left by snowplows were easily muscled through and driving was slow but safe and confident. Without the alignment the trip would have been postponed and we would have missed some of the best skiing in years. I appreciate your attitude for making life happen with vigor, enthusiasm, and skill.

I needed to have a dyno test for a magazine article with only an hours notice. Nino, pushed everything out of the way and got us on and off within 2 hours. Can't get any better service anywhere.

I am very impressed with how professional this shop is. Not only is it clean enough to eat off the floor there is more. I bought Recaro front seats for my 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser. I really needed a new drivers seat and I wanted both seats to match. My FJ has 148000 miles and the only issue I had with my car was the seat. Even though Griffin specializes in German cars they were able to fit these wonderful seats better than the original equipment in my car. I also want to brag about their great communication skills. This was a two day install and at the end of the first day they emailed a photo of the first seat installed. It was very comforting to know what was going on. I'm in a business that does jobs in people's homes that could take several days. I learned something new about good communication and I'm going to give my customers this level of customer service. I want to thank Nino and Chris and make sure they know I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend Griffin to anyone that would want their services.
