Griffin got me in for a new exhaust in a timely manner, and while my car was there, alerted me to a serious oil leak. They had sent the new invoice to me as soon as they had gotten on the phone with me, explained everything that was needed and why, and even asked if I'd prefer to take my car to a dealership for the repair. I approved Griffin to do the work, and they called with updates every step of the way. Repair took about a week, mostly waiting for parts, and was completed on time with griffin's Estimate. The atmosphere of the shop itself is fantastic, it's like a candy store for dubbers. The employees are all knowledgeable enthusiasts and very pleasant to chat with. I was also pleasantly surprised to find quite a few parts on the shelf/on display that are normally special order through the internet. 10/10 best shop experience I've ever had. Worth every penny and more. My car will be back here for more in the future
