Was seeking an alternative to the SF dealer for servicing our diesel Sprinter camper van so this was my first experience. I was very pleased with the good communication skills of both techs who I dealt with. They listened well, were curious, answered questions, told me about options. None of the dealer “attitude” that I was tired of. The final bill was not inexpensive but reasonable.

Extremely happy with the quality of work they performed on my 2020 Ford Explorer ST They installed my H&R Sport Lowering Springs and my Borla Catback Exhaust and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Also, they worked with my difficult schedule and made it possible for me to bring my vehicle in on a Saturday when they are normally closed! Staff is knowledgeable, timely and friendly making for a great experience! I have been taking my vehicles to Griffin Motorwerke since 2013. Not only do they have extensive knowledge of the cars they service, they care a lot about helping you get your car to run exactly how you want it to. This time I took a Mini for an oil change, but I knew there would be performance upgrades I would want in the future. As a team they were excited to put some ideas together and shoot me a quote with no pressure at all on when I'd want to get those upgrades done.

In this time of "the virus" it's nice to know there are still some real professionals out there to help keep our cars running like a champ!!

As always, Curly and the rest of the crew were amazingly helpful and took care of the problem with my car very efficiently. I've been bringing my cars to Griffin Motorwerke for the last 14 years and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. M.
