Very pleased with the service I received

Recently I took my 2009 335i to Griffin after it unexpectedly wouldn’t start. They did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing the problem (corroded battery cables) quickly and getting me back on the road. Thanks Curly and the rest of the GMW crew !

I have been taking my two Audi S4’s to get serviced at Griffin Motorwerke for three years. I used to work very close to the garage and it was super convenient on top of the quality service and knowledgeable staff. My job is now in SF but I made a special trip to get my rear brakes done here and not at my dealership in SF. I asked for a range of options with respect to parts and pricing and it was provided quickly and with a clear explanation of the pro’s and con’s of each option. Since this was a non-warranty repair, I wanted to get the best service for the cost. Not only was I able to bring my car over on the date I preferred, it was turned around ahead of schedule and I was picked up from the nearby BART station and taken to their garage. A thorough explanation of the service was given along with any advice for how to drive on the new brakes. I left feeling like my needs were given a priority and not like a processed source of revenue as I often feel leaving the dealership. I will continue to get all of my non-covered warranty work done here and will look for ways to get warranty work included (I’m covered by Audi CPO up to 100,000 miles).

Nino and the team are fantastic! I sincerely appreciate their transparency and ability to prioritize needs to make a service work with my budget. They go the extra mile to communicate clearly and set expectations. They made sure I could pick my car up after hours, and I will certainly return for follow up work!
