Griffin provided outstanding "on the spot service" after I walked out on the Concord Mini/BMW Dealer when they struggled to accommodate a very simple request to mount a tire purchased from them onto a loose wheel from our brand new 2019 Mini purchased from them. It appears their scheduling system was too complicated to insert a 10 min function into the schedule in less than a few days. They showed no interest in providing any personal service on this issue. Griffin showed to be very personable and helpful and my wife was back on the road a half hour later. Happy wife - happy life ! We will be switching all our future service for this Mini to Griffin

My experience at Griffen was incredible. From the professional staff to the service techs. Always a great experience. It’s the only shop that I will allow to service my 2014 VW GTI.

Terry, Nino and Curly are the best--I've been taking my very special '90 Westfalia to Griffin for years, and formerly a classic Porsche that I no longer have. All of them are very professional, knowledgeable and the quality of the work is always top-notch. And, it's a cool place. I hope they're around forever!

Been only coming here for 2 years, but always experienced top not service and waiting area is well kept. Wished, I’ve discovered them sooner when i had my Porsche 911. I’m now however drive a Porsche Macan Turbo, they did lower my car via H&R springs, I also purchased my BBS wheels from them. I would highly recommend this place for any type of service. Thanks Nino..
