Everyone at Griffin is always helpful, even if it's a phone call with a warning light issue or just letting you drop by for a quick check on something. That's besides their superior diagnostics and repair service.

It was my first time here after my long-time mechanic passed away. Griffin was suggested by a friend of mine, and I am glad he did. I brought my X3 in for a transmission service as well as oil change. Watching them in the service bay I could see the level of detail they did inspecting my car, checking for ignition faults (something I suspected), and the primary service. I was impressed and will be back.

IF you want to talk with people who love cars this is the place to go. You don't need to own a performance car to fit in here, if you want to take your car to a place thats not a dealership but operates like a dealership I can't think of a better place. Service was on par with any dealership I have every been to.

Righel helped me out with getting rotors for my "customers" car quickly, along with some other stuff which was a huge help. Always a pleasure to chat with Terry in the shop. I could hang out there all day - just has that vibe which they've had forever. Thanks guys.
