Nino and the gang are awesome. This is my first time being there and the customer service they provided not only to me, but to others is top notch. They're meticulous on the details the and kept me up to date on the progress. I live about 1.5 hrs from their shop and would definitely return back for more work. Granted, there are other reputable shops nearby, but none of them comes close to Griffin Motorwerke!

We've brought our 2002 Audi TT here for a while, and when the garage that serviced my Saab Aero changed hands and moved, Griffin became my go-to place for the Saab as well. Friendly, skilled service - they take the time to discuss the problem and answer questions. AND - if you take you car to HPDE and driving school events (e.g. Hooked on Driving, Audi Club) they are a great place for advice and upgrades to improve handling and performance. The wheel alignment adjustments they made on my Saab transformed the handling - I had no idea the car could handle so nicely. In short, good service, among the best I've experienced.

Terry Griffin , Curly and Nino are the best. I can always count on them to provide accurate and fair quotes for repair and they consistently deliver my car on time within the estimate. Best independent Audi service I know of!
